Then our all-inclusive 4-night retreat is perfect for you!

You’ll fly back having learnt something new, gained some easy-to-apply nutritional knowledge, be refreshed and ready to continue your fitness journey. Plus, some fantastic memories and friends to last a lifetime.

Staying at a luxurious villa in Benahavis, Marbella with beautiful views and total peace and quiet, you can rest, recover and unwind from each day. Breakfast, lunch and a 3-course evening dinner is freshly prepared for you, and includes locally sourced produce, with meals designed by our nutritionist.

Whether you are an absolute beginner, a CrossFit addict, or just looking for a new challenge in a gorgeous environment, everyone is welcome. Every activity is modified to suit you so that you feel proud of what you have achieved each day.

We plan activities including CrossFit sessions, boxing training, Thai boxing, yoga, Mike’s Gym Assault course and a sunset paddleboarding trip. by introducing you to new training, our Retreats will help improve your fitness, smash your PBs, learn new things and help with your well being and lifestyle too.

All of the training is optional. We want you to take from this retreat whatever it is that you need to, everyone is at a different stage in their training journey. You may go intending to take part in everything, but when you get there you may feel completely different.

Either way, it’s completely fine with us.

The sessions that are at the villa are led by Lisa, an experienced coach, PT and boxing trainer, with 13 years of experience. She specialises in getting the best out of you and achieving just a little more than you thought possible.

Having the time and space to really think about how your body feels, you will have everything you need to go home feeling more relaxed, more confident, happier version of you.
