Rebel Training

One of the biggest elements of our training that Rebel members love is that they never know what they’re going to get. We program sessions across each month so you know you’re getting quality training sessions that leave you feeling awesome as well as knowing that you’re progressing – without you getting bored.

If you are based in Lyme Regis, Sessions are both indoors and outdoors. Our ethos is that you should always leave feeling better than when you arrived. We have also introduced recorded live sessions for everyone in the Academy who isn’t local and we have a buzzing online community and our own app for you to access all of your classes, plan your week, keep accountable and measure your progress for those who want to get fit remotely and still be a part of the Rebel community. 

You can create your own mix of sessions by booking both Rebel Strike and Rebel Force or Rebel Rumble (Starting on 10th August 2023) across the week. Whichever one you choose, we’ll make sure you know the basics and start you off from where you are right now. Every part of our sessions is modified to suit the individual and we’ll make sure that you love it and leave feeling incredible.

Rebel Strike

Rebel Strike is where Rebel started. A hard-hitting hour that incorporates Muay Thai, boxing and bodyweight drills. Working with a partner, you push each other to be faster and fitter, developing not just physical strength but mental strength too.

Sessions are tough, loud and, above all, fun. You can expect to learn the basic foundations of boxing and Thai boxing, from kicks to punching combos, knees to elbows, and working on your stance and footwork.

Add in bodyweight drills, strength and conditioning and a whole lot of pad work, you have the best hour of cardio training you’ll have (OK, we are a little biased, but we think you’ll agree!).

Mix this with playlists from the sublime to the frankly ridiculous (members choose tracks to add to the class playlist) and a level of energy and encouragement from other members and coaches that is second to none, you can expect to get more from this hour than you thought possible.

Suitable for all from absolute beginners to the Contenders.

Rebel Force

These sessions are our most varied. Each one will challenge you whatever your level, using a huge variety of equipment to develop your strength, speed, power and fitness. Our coaches help you to perfect your technique and make sure you use the right weight to challenge you safely.

From kettlebells to kegs, battle ropes to sandbags, yokes to sleds, rowers to dumbells, you’ll work in pairs and in teams to push, challenge and support each other to do more than you thought you could.

Whether you choose a turbocharged 30-minute session or a 60-minute chipper, you will leave feeling so much better than you did before you started.

If burning fat is what you’re after, these sessions are perfect to increase your calorie burn for the day. If you want to let off some steam, build your physical and mental strength or get rid of some stress with other people who have a similar goal… then this is the one for you.

Rebel Rumble

This hard hitting session will bring together the amazing HIIT of boxing and thai boxing and strength for an awesome cardio and strength workout. 
For the absolute beginner to the contenders, this session will build on your boxing technique, your stance and form, and build some powerful combos, mixed in with strength and conditioning elements on the rig and bodyweight. You’ll work in pairs or as a team and push and encourage each other to get exactly what you need from the session.

Personal Training sessions

Get to where you want to be that little bit quicker by booking some personal training sessions at Rebel. Simply pay for a session then arrange a day and time with one of our Personal Trainers.

Booking your session/sessions:

Once your personal training session has been purchased please contact us via email on info@rebelhealth.co.uk to book this in.

Cancellations and rescheduling:

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your trainer as soon as possible. Should a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions. As a courtesy to our clients and because we realise emergencies do occur, clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 2 times per year outside the 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy by giving us a minimum 3-hour notice.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session with you, your session will always be credited back to you and rearranged at a time that suits.

No-show policy:

Should a client fail to show up for a scheduled session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
